Indonesia’s Central Statistics Agency (BPS) has announced that the manufacturing and agriculture sectors were the main drivers of the country’s economic growth in the second quarter of 2025.
BPS Deputy for National Accounts and Statistical Analysis, Moh. Edy Mahmud, stated that the manufacturing sector was the largest contributor, accounting for 1.13 percentage points of the overall economic growth, which reached 5.12% year-on-year (YoY).
